Description
The Les Paul Standard 60s models from the Epiphone Inspired by Gibson™ Collection recreate the look, feel, and sound of the early 1960s-era Les Pauls. They feature a mahogany body with a maple cap, and the models with translucent finishes have an added AAA flame maple veneer visible through the finish for that classic “flame top” look. The mahogany neck sports a laurel fretboard with pearloid trapezoid inlays, 22 medium jumbo frets, and a fast-playing 60s SlimTaper™ profile. The headstock is equipped with quality Grover® Rotomatic® tuning machines and a Graph Tech® nut for rock-solid tuning stability, so you can spend more time playing and less time tuning.
The Les Paul Standard 60s is powered by a perfectly balanced set of Epiphone’s acclaimed Probucker™ pickups, with a Probucker 2 in the neck position and a slightly hotter Probucker 3 in the bridge, and each pickup is wired to its own individual set of volume and tone controls that feature CTS® potentiometers. Epiphone Les Paul Standard 60s is a great way to enjoy an authentic Les Paul playing experience at an accessible price.
